    Transport

    • For the transport of ordered goods we use the services of our contractual partners, in particular the Czech Post, Zásilkovna, DPD and other entities.
    • The price for shipping depends on the destination, the value of the order, the weight of the order and the method of payment.
    • You can always see the current shipping price in the cart and it changes dynamically when the parameters change.
    • Once the shipment has been forwarded to the selected carrier, the carrier assumes all responsibility for delivery of the shipment. Our company is not responsible for speed of delivery, shipment delays and failure of carriers to meet their obligations. Thank you for your understanding.
    • Always check the integrity of the packaging carefully before accepting the shipment, and if the packaging of the shipment is damaged, please draw up a damage report with the carrier. Subsequent claims without a record of damage will not be considered.

     

    Payment methods

    Payment by bank transfer - recommended method

    •  Payment by bank transfer to our account is FREE!
    • If the goods are available we will dispatch the shipment as soon as possible to receive payment (depending on the bank, it may take up to 2-3 working days).
    • For orders over 10.000,- CZK (incl. VAT) we may require partial or full payment in advance.

    Payment by credit card online, Comgate payment gateway - recommended method

    • Payment by credit card is FREE!
    • You must have enabled online card payments in the required amount.
    • We accept VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic and Maestro.
    • We will ship as soon as possible if the item is available.
    • The payment gateway also allows so-called instant transfers between banks, please follow the instructions of the payment gateway.

     Payment by cash on delivery

    • Payment by cash on delivery is charged at a flat fixed amount, you can always see the current price in your shopping cart.
    • If the goods are available we will dispatch the shipment as soon as possible.
    • You will inform the carrier of the price of your order when you receive the goods.
    • You can pay in cash, some carriers allow payment by card.
    • Before using this payment method, please familiarize yourself with the consequences of unclaimed shipments.

    Paypal

    • Payment is made using the PayPal payment gateway.
    • In order to make a payment, you must have an account (username and password) with PayPal.
    • Payment by credit card is disabled, if you wish to pay by credit card please use the online credit card payment.
    • We will dispatch the goods as soon as possible after payment.
    • Due to high fees this payment method is charged a flat degressive amount, you can always see the actual value in your cart.

    Payment at the dispensing point in the pharmacy

    • We only accept payment at the point of dispensing in cash or by regular credit cards, mostly MasterCard and Visa.
    • Payments by benefit cards and vouchers are excluded.
